Complete Deletion of Personal Registration Information

Upon your choice to delete your APP account, we will fully delete your personal registration information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Deletion of Personal Posts in the APP's Social Feed

All posts you have made in the APP's social feed, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, will be deleted upon account deletion. This means that your previous shares and records will no longer be displayed publicly. Please confirm that you have no objections to this operation and are willing to accept the consequences arising from it.

Deletion and Clearance of Linked E-bkie Vehicle Information

The Ebkie vehicle information you have previously linked, including the vehicle identification number, model, license plate number, etc., will be completely deleted and cleared upon account deletion. We will not retain any information related to your vehicle to ensure the full protection of your personal privacy. Please confirm that you understand and agree to this operation and have made any necessary backups or records.

Once you confirm the deletion of your APP account, all the information mentioned above will be unrecoverable. Please carefully consider before proceeding and ensure that you have backed up or saved any information you wish to retain.
